This is an exciting opportunity for a property professional with experience in commercial agency to work on high-profile office transactions, advising landlords, tenants, and investors.Key Responsibilities:

• Market & Sell Office Properties : Manage property marketing campaigns to attract tenants and buyers, ensuring maximum exposure.
• Client Advisory : Provide expert guidance on acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations, and office market trends.
• Property Inspections : Conduct site visits to assess property values and marketability.
• Negotiations : Handle lease and sales transactions from enquiry through to contract completion.
• Reporting & Market Analysis : Prepare client reports, track market trends, and support strategic decision-making.
