Job description: Our client is an established Accounting firm with a long history in Wellington. Due to an impending retirement, we are now in the market for their next Office Manager.You will bring your exceptional relationship management and customer service skills to be the face and voice of this organisation.This role has a tonne of variety and each day will bring something different. You will relish in new challenges and implementing innovative procedures. Along with your high attention to detail you will be a speed typing demon whipping up documents in a flash.A snapshot of how your days can look:
- Attending and recording notes from Body Corporate meetings
- Invoicing and reconciliation using Xero
- Ordering office supplies
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Creating and maintaining client records
This is an office based role, Monday to Friday with hours of 8.30am to 5pm.
