Join a small, tight-knit team in a business with a 50-year legacy in innovative fastening solutions. The Managing Director is based overseas, so this is a role where you take full ownership – handling sales, customer service, invoicing, stock management, and packing orders.Perfect for someone who:

  • Has a mechanical mindset – understands basic product details
  • Can juggle customer inquiries, sales, and logistics
  • Is comfortable with Excel and general computer skills
  • Enjoys a no-drama, get-it-done environment

What’s the day-to-day?

  • Answer calls & emails, process orders, and organise couriers
  • Handle payments, invoices, and stock updates
  • Pack and ship orders (1-10 per day, ramping up end of month)
  • Handle small operational hiccups (if a machine breaks, call the tech)
