The Human Resource Department is committed to aligning workforce strategies with Huawei’s vision, driving sustainable growth and organizational effectiveness.About the job:Book hotels and flights, provide travel visa application and expense report instructions, as well as provide user guidelines to employees related to the internal IT systemManage supplies and equipment in office and meeting roomsOther administrative services, such as business card application, phone bill management, etc.Other duties shall be assigned as requiredAbout the ideal candidate:Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration, or relevant disciplineStrong knowledge of office procedures and practicesProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)Resourceful and flexibleStrong English communication skills and organizational skillsAbility to schedule multiple duties/projects and manage stressful situationsFast learner with the ability to work unsupervised, including an evident work ethicDesire to contribute to a team environment
