If you’re ready for a fresh challenge and want to be part of an exciting new chapter, we’d love to hear from you.We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Tauranga. This is a permanent full-time role with guaranteed fortnightly pay in a stable and supportive environment.What you’ll do:

• Accurately collate and check, staff timesheets into the system
• Oversee the full purchase order process, from raising POs to coordinating with accounts payable.
• Organise travel and accommodation for UCSL staff, ensuring smooth and cost-effective arrangements.
• Provide professional front-of-house service, including greeting visitors, managing on-site registration, and answering phone enquiries.
• Assist with compliance documentation, such as FBT letters, and manage stationery orders and stock levels.

This is a great opportunity if you have:

• NCEA 3 or equivalent
• Three years’ administration experience
• Sound knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to act autonomously and prioritise work to meet business process requirements and deadlines.
• Ability to relate to a wide range of people.
• Detail orientated, and task focused.
• Are a motivated, hardworking individual with a positive attitude

Interview and Selection Process:

• Successful applicants will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment (including drug and alcohol test) and physical assessment.
