Job description: 誠聘合約職位DescriptionsReporting to Senior Manager, the incumbent is responsible for developing high-quality Occupational Therapy (OT) Service, overseeing service activities, managing daily operations and resources ensure they produce the desired results are consistent with the overall Agency strategies and mission.Key Responsibilities :
- To provide OT assessment and training for the well-being of service users including persons in mental recovery, ex-offenders and persons in custody;
- To supervise the Agency’s OT Service team members, including overseeing daily operations and monitoring existing practices in compliance with all funders’ requirements, monitoring programme expenses, handling programme finance, cash and material assistance;
- To assist senior management in formulating and implementing new service directives, service projects and specialised program with other branches in alignment with Agency’s overall strategy;
- To conduct evaluation, review and improvement of service quality and delivery as well as coordinate and oversee clinical projects;
- To provide clinical guidance and supervision to placement students; and
- To provide the Agency with OT-related expert advice on policies, guidelines and practices, and consultation to frontline workers as appropriate.
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree holder in OT or equivalent;
- At least 3 years of clinical experience in OT;
- Registered in Hong Kong in Part I of the Register of Occupational Therapists under the Supplementary Medical Professions Ordinance (Cap. 359) with a valid Practicing Certificate issued by the Occupational Therapists Board of Hong Kong;
- Motivated and with a passion for serving people in mental recovery and ex-offenders;
- Enthusiasm and curiosity in different therapeutic assessment and intervention; and
- Computer Literate.
