Access theAbout the rolePermanent full time opportunity to be accountable at an advanced practice level for the coordination of human and/or material resources, and to support effective business practices for implementation, application of and compliance with the Business Planning Framework (BPF).About youOur ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health’s values:

  • Provide leadership within a legal, professional, and ethical framework that ensures contemporary consumer/person centred care and staff management practices.
  • Accountable for promoting effective and cost-efficient management of hospital resources and services in collaboration with the Director of Nursing, Workforce Planning Unit.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge and application of contemporary nursing/midwifery practice and theory in relation to Business Planning Framework.
  • May work across professional and organisational boundaries to influence health service and/or professional outcomes in relation to system administration, data management, training, and reporting.
