Based at Mona Vale Hosp but working across the NSLHDWhat you’ll be doingJoining the Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) ACAS will mean you will be part of a dynamic team with various sites providing Aged Care Assessment to NSLHD. Excellent education and clinical supervision is provided on an ongoing basis. The team will welcome applications from all those with strong interest and passion for working with older persons and who want to be part of an experienced friendly team of Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physiotherapists (PTs), Social Workers (SWs) and Registered Nurses (RNs). Applicants need to have a strong commitment to working to a high standard and within very tight time frame.People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
