You’ll inspire your team to deliver seamless service and unforgettable moments, every time.The successful candidate will be a leader who has a high level of customer service with the ability to develop, implement and maintain all operational procedures and standards to meet the outlet goals.ABOUT YOU

  • Previous leadership experience in a premium dining environment, Asian/Japanese cuisine is desirable
  • Passion for the hospitality industry
  • Ability to coach and train team members effectively on Standard Operating Procedures
  • Proficiency to handle guest complaints and improve service
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster
  • Strong product knowledge and intermediate stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with host/reservations desk is advantageous
  • Hold a valid and current NSW RSA Competency Card

Please note this is a permanent full time role consisting of 40 hours of work per week.
