Come be part of our exceptional team and help us make every stay extraordinary!Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a seasoned Night Manager to lead our Front Office Team during the overnight shift. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee nightly operations, manage accounting and audits, reconcile transactions, and produce financial reports. Your exemplary service will ensure guests feel welcome and their expectations are exceeded.You’ll also ensure the resort’s safety and security with regular property checks and promote smooth communication between departments. By motivating your team and embodying Accor’s values, you’ll help create a positive and efficient work environment.Annual Salary: $73,359 + 11.5% SuperannuationQualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to make sound decisions and understand commercial implications
• Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all types of guests and team members
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
