Enjoy a dynamic role blending operations, customer service and growth opportunities—all while being rewarded for your effort!About the roleYou will move through the network to support daily operations, lift branch effectiveness though monitoring and coaching of best practice in our network, support branch projects and duties as directed by the NSW Operations Manager.No two days will be the same—this is a hands-on role with plenty of variety and opportunities to grow.Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• You will support the branch network as required and will perform all branch operations as required in the network.
• Pick and pack orders, load delivery vehicles, and deliver goods to our members. ·
• Use our computer system to track, log, and complete delivery runs accurately. ·
• Assist with branch stock management and inventory activities.
• Provide excellent customer service, including over-the-counter sales to members. ·
• Contribute to the team’s success by being a supportive and proactive team member. ·
• Help maintain a clean and tidy branch to create a welcoming environment for everyone.
