• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors on technical support and change management issues
• Identify network security vulnerabilities and areas for enhancement, monitoring the progress of mitigation efforts until resolution.
• Oversee and configure network security measures, including firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Web Application Firewalls, anti-DDoS solutions, and API protection platforms to support IT projects and business functions.
• Assist in evaluating the network security designs of new project architectures.
• Prepare standard operating procedures and guidelines, contributing innovative ideas to ensure quality outcomes.
• Assist in project documentation, prepare test plans, conduct technical briefings, and coordinate disaster recovery drills and non-functional User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with project teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3 years of relevant experience in network security within a large organization.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Windows Server, DNS, network firewalls, IPS, Web Application Firewalls (WAFs), anti-DDoS solutions, API protection platforms, SSL decryption technology, and firewall management tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to independently resolve technical issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
