At Danske Bank, the Network Management team plays an important role in enhancing and supporting our global banking operations. The team strategically handle relationships with cash correspondents and custodians worldwide, playing a crucial role in bolstering our cash management and custody capabilities. These efforts ensure we meet the diverse needs of our clients and our internal requirements with precision and foresight.You will join a vibrant and diverse team located in both Copenhagen and Vilnius, with this role based in Copenhagen. Our team’s variety of backgrounds and experiences strengthens our collective capabilities, allowing us to deliver competitive solutions, enhance risk management, and drive efficiencies. As a member, you’ll engage with numerous stakeholders on strategic projects, gaining broad exposure to various markets and providers, and significantly contributing to our departmental goals.As our new Network Manager, you will:

• Oversee relationship management with cash correspondent banks, maintaining continuous engagement and monitoring service quality.
• Lead the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including reviewing proposals, comparing fees, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Manage the implementation of new correspondent relationships, negotiating agreements and ensuring operational readiness.
• Participate in or lead ad-hoc projects, requiring excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with cash correspondents and internal stakeholders, managing service issues and escalating urgent matters as needed.

Detail-Oriented Network Manager with Strong Analytical Skills and Banking Expertise
For the role, we are seeking a highly skilled and intuitive individual who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of banking or financial services, with a proactive approach and an ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders efficiently. Ideally you possess:

• Advanced proficiency in English, with stellar verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and maintaining organized, systematic workflows.
• Proven analytical skills, experienced in working with different types of data and using critical thinking to identify and respond to key trends.
• Highly organized with a systematic approach, capable of quickly adapting and managing a variety of tasks simultaneously.
• Independent and proactive, with a curiosity about industry trends in payments and a keen interest in continuous learning.
• Experience in banking or financial services is essential.
