Job description: We are currently seeking a .NET Developers for a Contract role with one of our clients.Duration: 3+ Months
Location: Remote in CanadaJob Description:

• Understand the high-level operation of an application: In order to containerize an existing application / service, the developer will need to understand how that works and list potential inbound / outbound dependencies
• Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Collaborate with other teams: other teams might be working in delivering business requirements at the same time that the containerization is going, collaboration is key among them
• Perform Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices
• Optimize Current flow: Identify and address any optimizations during the application containerization
• Repository containerization: the main objective of the initiative is containerizing existing .NET API and Worker solutions
• Technology upgrade: Some solutions are based on .NetFramework4.8 which requires NET8 conversation before being able to containerize PMP’s are being created.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in .NET Core and .NET Framework.
• Experience containerizing applications
• Experience troubleshooting containerization issues
• Strong analytic skills and ability to perform reverse engineering if needed
• Experience with SQL Server and database design concepts.
• Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
