Job description: Job Category: Property Plant and AssetsJob Description:Downer R&TS provides Rollingstock Maintenance services to operators across Australia, as part of that business we have developed industry leading digital solutions combined with best practice processes.The National Operations Performance Analyst is a key role in visualising our business & fleet performance to capitalise on our market leading digital tools. This role will work across several site to develop, deliver and maintain Visual Management Centres and reporting dashboard across multiple disciplines to deliver continuous business improvement.About you:

• Tertiary qualification in business analytics or data science.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in business analytics role.
• Proven experience in process/workflow automation, high level problem solving and innovative decision-making skills using MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power App, MS Flow).
• Proven experience in developing Excel solutions utilising complex calculations and visual basic.
• Preferred to have experience in BI tools such as Cognos & Tableau.
• Preferred to have experience in utilising Python script and SQL queries.
• Experience in consultation with business SME to gather requirements then develop and deliver solutions.
• Strong networking skill and ability to promote digital solution capability to internal and external stakeholders.
• In depth knowledge of information technology best practice
