Job description: About the ClientOur client is a leading National early intervention workplace injury prevention, treatment and management specialist. This newly created, full-time, strategic role reports directly to the CEO and the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving client engagement, retention, and business growth at the Executive level across the National portfolio.
About The OpportunityThe National Client Relationship Partner will join the Senior Leadership Team, where you’ll lead the client relationship strategy across the diverse National portfolio. Your core focus will be on A-tier clients, owning high-level relationships, driving growth and ensuring measurable return on investment. You’ll mentor regional State Operations Managers to execute strategies for their portfolios ensuring consistent quality and client satisfaction across all tiers. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, relationship management expertise, and the ability to influence at Executive level.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead National client engagement strategies to retain and grow key accounts
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with A-tier clients
- Guide and mentor State Operations Managers on client engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Programs) to co-create client solutions
- Use data insights and market intelligence to provide strategic recommendations
- Contribute to product development and service innovation based on client feedback
- Negotiate commercial agreements that meet client needs and goals
About You
- Proven experience managing key accounts or client relationships at a National level and the ability to articulate your previous success
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
- Strong business acumen with an ability to consult with clients on commercial matters
- Background in workplace health, injury management, allied health, or similar industries
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your time—set your own day around client needs and key priorities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with regular interstate travel
- Leadership experience and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork
