Job description: Retail Store Auditor – Watch Brand (Muscat, Oman | May 2025)We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to conduct a retail audit at a luxury watch store located at the Royal Opera House in Muscat, Oman ,during May 2025.As a mystery shopper, you will visit the store posing as a regular customer. Your task will be to book an appointment during the first week of May and inquire about a specific watch model. During the visit, you will observe and evaluate the staff’s performance, focusing on areas such as customer service, greeting, professionalism, and product presentation.Key Details:

• Location: Royal Opera House, Muscat – Oman
• Visit timeframe: First week of May 2025
• Objective: Evaluate staff interaction and service quality – no purchase is required
• Post-visit: Complete a survey based on your experience
• Compensation: A shopper fee will be paid upon submission of your feedback
