Job description: To support the REO and EMT in the reporting and analysis of critical performance areas to support the delivery of HSE Mid West services.A Planning and Performance function will exist in each of the Health Regions in supporting the REOs in delivering a broad spectrum of reforms.The Planning and Performance function incorporates the PMO function of programme and project management, change management, service design/planning and performance reporting. The team will drive and actively support the delivery of Slaintecare, the Health Region change programme and associated service improvements, and enhanced data collection & reporting in HSE Mid West.
