Job description: Are you a skilled Business Analyst with a passion for digital transformation? We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a high-impact modernization initiative aimed at enhancing business applications and digital channels. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to optimize client journeys, improve operational effectiveness, and drive adoption of a modernized Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform integrated with Power Apps Portal, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI, and MS Teams. Your expertise in business process modeling, requirements elicitation, and end-to-end traceability will be crucial in ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems to a scalable enterprise solution. If you have 5+ years of experience in IM/IT business transformation, a strong understanding of multi-step business processes, and a collaborative mindset, we’d love to hear from you. French language skills are an asset.
