All systems and controls are in place ensuring a smooth client journey and you will be part of a small, supportive team.Job OverviewThe Mortgage company are looking for an exceptional Protection Adviser who loves selling insurance to clients and thrives on providing excellent advice to ensure clients are protected should the worst happen. The individual will be responsible for assessing clients’ protection needs, recommending suitable insurance products, and guiding clients through the application and approval process. The role involves providing personalised protection advice and ensuring clients have the necessary cover to safeguard their homes and families. The Mortgage Company currently have an existing client bank that needs servicing but also have mortgage advisors who will be referring leads to you off the back of successful mortgage sign ups. We anticipate all leads being supplied but we are also looking for someone who is self-motivated and prepared to generate their own leads/build their own relationships.Requirements for the role

• Extensive Knowledge of protection products
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience selling personal protection products with CAS status
• Competent adviser status required.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work independently to achieve targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and ability to analyse financial information
• Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear manner
• Previous experience in a similar role is required

BenefitsThis is a commission only role with generous commissions splits for both leads provided and self-generated with realistic OTE of £70,000 + with no cap on earnings.LocationThe Mortgage company is based in Oxfordshire with an office space available if required.
