Job description: MohonKelayakan

• Advise clients on available mortgage options, interest rates, loan structures, and eligibility criteria
• ⁠⁠Conduct loan eligibility assessments based on income, credit, commitments, etc.
• Educate clients on the full mortgage process from application to disbursement
• Assist in preparing and submitting loan applications to multiple banks
• ⁠⁠Follow up with banks and clients to ensure timely documentation and approval
• Support clients in compiling necessary documentation (e.g., payslips, EPF, income documents)
• ⁠⁠Provide updates to clients throughout the loan process

Tanggungjawab

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in mortgage financing, banking, or property industry
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian housing loan products (fixed, flexi, Islamic, government schemes)
• Good relationship with bank officers or experience working with multiple banks is a plus
