This role has come about due to their operations expanding and they are looking for an individual who will drive growth, lead a dynamic team, and spearhead the expansion of their market-leading services.What You’ll DoAs the Mortgage & Insurance Protection Manager, you’ll:

• Lead & Inspire: Oversee and build a high-performing team of mortgage and insurance advisors.
• Drive Growth: Develop sales strategies, generate leads, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Innovate: Enhance processes and customer satisfaction using your expertise in brokerage and insurance.

Your Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in brokerage, insurance, and team management.
• A current recognised qualification (QFA, APA in Loans, Insurance & Regulation, or CIP).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
