You’ll be joining a well-established office or team within the LMG network. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is either:

• An experienced broker looking to grow under a strong brand and support model, or
• A broker support/loan processor ready to step into a client-facing broker role with warm leads and ongoing mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and secure the most suitable lending solutions
• Manage the end-to-end loan process from initial consultation to settlement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, referral partners, and clients
• Stay across lender policies, compliance requirements, and industry developments
• Contribute to team culture and client-first service values

• Minimum Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (Diploma highly regarded)
• Previous experience in lending or broking – either as a broker or in broker support
• Strong knowledge of the loan application process and relevant platforms (ApplyOnline, CRM tools, etc.)
• A client-first mindset with strong communication and relationship management skills
• Self-driven, accountable, and eager to grow
