In this role, you will provide expert guidance on Sharia-compliant mortgage products to our diverse clientele, ensuring their financial needs are met while adhering to Islamic principles.

• Achieve mortgage business targets by actively promoting mortgage products and cross-selling other banking products as appropriate
• Offer Islamic mortgage products and services to clients, explaining complex financial concepts in simple terms
• Conduct thorough financial assessments of clients to determine their eligibility for Islamic mortgage products
• Analyze clients’ financial situations and recommend appropriate Sharia-compliant mortgage solutions
• Stay up-to-date with UAE banking regulations and ensure all recommendations comply with Sharia law and local regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to process mortgage applications efficiently and accurately
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns
• Contribute to the development of new Islamic mortgage products and services
• Prepare detailed reports on market trends, client portfolios, and performance metrics
• Participate in community outreach programs to educate the public about Islamic financing options

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Islamic mortgage advisory or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Islamic finance principles and products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
• Proficiency in financial analysis and mortgage calculations
