Job description: An opportunity has arisen with a leading Mortgage Brokerage based in Dublin City Centre.As a Mortgage Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding customers through their home-buying journey. Based in one of Ireland’s leading Brokerages, this is a chance to benefit from strong lead development and a market-leading commission structureThis firm offers flexible working with just two days in their modern offices and three days from home. On the two days in the office you will benefit from a highly flexible start and finish time (you can work 7 am to 3.30 if you wish) as well as an early finish on a Friday and the offices are in a central and vibrant part of Dublin City that is easily accessed by Public transport.Key Responsibilities:

• Advise customers on the mortgage process.
• Provide tailored solutions and deliver exceptional service at every step of the customer journey.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies while maintaining meticulous case records.
• Work closely with an experienced business leader to convert high-quality leads into successful mortgage outcomes.
• Meet and exceed targets, contributing to the continued growth of the brokerage and success of your career.

What You’ll Bring:

• QFA Qualified
• A solid understanding of the mortgage process.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Proven ability in a fast-paced environment.
