Job description: Job Profile:Mortgage Advisor – Sandbach HybridPRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a highly experienced, Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a very well established partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation based in Sandbach, Cheshire.The business are a 20 strong, Mortgage Advisory business with numerous introducers in the area and are keen to take a further Mortgage and Protection advisor into the firm.Lead sources are numerous but include New Build, Estate Agency and exisiting customers built over many years in what is a long established business.Base salaries are between £28,000 and £38,000 DOE negotiable with an OTE of £75,000 + and uncappedThe role is part home based and part office based – hybrid.Admin support is included.The role benefits from the full PRIMIS lender panel and non loaded 15 provider protection proposition.PRIMIS Mortgage Network – a wholly owned subsidiary of the highly respected parent business – LSL Property Services plc, is the largest Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with some 3000 advisers across some 1000 individually branded businesses.The PRIMIS network of ARs offer Mortgage and Protection advisory services through numerous avenues to include Specialist Mortgage Advisory businesses, Accountancy practices, Mortgage Shops, businesses supporting High Street Estate Agency, on-line Brokers, New Build specialist organisations with affinities with major housing developers, on-line Estate Agency – the list goes on..Applications / approaches will be exclusively managed by James McNee of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s recruitment function james.mcnee@primis.co.uk 07814 543722We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
