Job description: Job Profile:Mortgage Advisor – Newcastle NE15 – Full or Part TimePRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking an experienced, Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a very well established partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation based in Newcastle NE15.The business are a long established Mortgage Advisory business that is run by a single selling advisor(a very busy and successful one).The advisor has decided to replace himself with a new advisor (potentially 2 advisors if 1 advisor was part time). The business owner has decided to focus his time on the wealth and pension side of the business.The advisor/s coming in would have all leads provided and would be a mixture of new customers and the large established existing customer base with many remos coming through monthly.We are looking for an experienced broker to work on a full or part time basisBase of £30,000 FTE with an OTE of £60,000 +The role is part home based and part office based – hybrid, The firm would even consider fully remote.Whilst in the office you’ll benefit from free car parking.There is a mortgage administrator within the business that would be available to the new advisor/sPRIMIS Mortgage Network – a wholly owned subsidiary of the highly respected parent business – LSL Property Services plc, is the largest Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with some 3000 advisers across some 1000 individually branded businesses.The PRIMIS network of ARs offer Mortgage and Protection advisory services through numerous avenues to include Specialist Mortgage Advisory businesses, Accountancy practices, Mortgage Shops, businesses supporting High Street Estate Agency, on-line Brokers, New Build specialist organisations with affinities with major housing developers, on-line Estate Agency – the list goes on..Applications / approaches will be exclusively managed by James McNee of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s recruitment function james.mcnee@primis.co.uk 07814 543722We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
