Job description: Job Profile:Mortgage Advisor – Employed or Self Employed with Qualified Lead Provision – Ramsgate, Ashford & BroadstairsPRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking approaches from experienced or otherwise but suitably qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join a very well established, Premiership status Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.The PRIMIS partner AR firm are a 100 + advisor business benefiting from complete flexibility and obviously the enhanced earnings that come with Self Employment within Mortgage Advisory.This role would support the high performing cluster of Your Move branches in Ramsgate, Ashford and Broadstairs.For the employed option the base is to £35,000Key benefits to be compared with other Self Employed models out there

• 10 – 20 qualified appointments in the diary that you control and potentially more at this strong group of branches
• 45% comms on leads provided and 70% in your favour on self gen
• Hybrid Working
• You’ll be treated as a self employed advisor
• Case Progression included
• Laptop, email address and IT support included
• Pipeline support / Funding available to ease the transition to the Self Employed model
