They are known for having a high-performance team with a collaborative culture and strong career progression opportunities.It’s an opportunity to join during a period of significant growth and play a key role in supporting the Mortgage Advisory team while benefiting from a dynamic and rewarding work environment.The Role:Provide administrative support to the Mortgage Advisors to ensure a seamless client experience.Manage mortgage applications from initial submission to final approval, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to track the progress of mortgage applications.Maintain and update client records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.Assist in preparing mortgage-related reports and client correspondence.Support the team with general administrative tasks and workflow management.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.The Candidate:Experience in a fast-paced Financial Services environment is required.Experience in mortgages is a benefit but not required.Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines in a busy environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What We Offer:Competitive salary: €30k to €38kCareer development and progression opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative team environmentVibrant city-centre locationIf you’re ready to grow your career with a leading Irish mortgage firm, we want to hear from you!Contact Michael Gorman directly or apply with your CV.Meet Your Consultant
