• Channel Strategy Development: Support in defining the role of each channel and activating top-down Modern Trade initiatives to boost brand equity and consumer acquisition, rooted in a deep understanding of brand objectives and channels
• Strategic Implementation: Translate and implement Modern Trade strategies and plans, ensuring all activities align with brand equity, global mandates, and marketing objectives, while leveraging channel dynamics and consumer engagement principles
• Trade & Merchandising Support: Provide full support to the Modern Trade group on promotional and trade activities, merchandising materials (POSM), and premium items to ensure consistent, efficient execution aligned with brand guidelines.
• Strategic Insights & Projects: Analyze trade-related data to extract insights that guide decisions on merchandising strategies, consumer-centric promotions, and other impactful trade initiatives
• External Agency Engagement: Manage third-party agencies to ensure timely and effective execution of programs while driving innovation and developing top-tier outputs through strategic collaboration and planning
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with GIP/PPO and TPA to meet project requirements while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, and support internal business improvement processes to foster channel growth.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: University degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Statistics, or a relevant field
• Project Management Skills: Ability to oversee programs to ensure objectives are met within budget and timelines, while assessing risks, solving problems, and recommending solutions effectively
• Data Analysis Expertise: Skilled in collecting and analyzing data to derive insights, draw conclusions, and recommend solutions that improve programs and drive company performance.
• Strong Presentation Skills: Confident in delivering presentations to large audiences and senior management with clarity and impact
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint-for effective business operations
• Language Fluency: Fluent in written and spoken English.
