As a member of our global Rewards & People Analytics team, you’ll work alongside 20 passionate colleagues across the world. Together, we’re setting the foundation for a seamless Global Mobility experience, ensuring our people can thrive wherever their careers take them.

Together with your colleagues provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding global mobility policies, processes, and requirements.Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Acting as advisor in connection with international hires
• Collaborating with P&O, Payroll, and external vendors such as relocation providers and tax consultants to ensure accurate and timely processing of international assignments/short terms secondments and cross border employments
• Coordinating and managing work permit and visa applications for international assignments, including supporting documentation and compliance checks and other assignment logistics
• Providing guidance and support to expatriate/cross border employees and their families during the relocation process
• Providing guidance and support for repatriation processes for manager and employees returning from international assignments

As a mobility consultant, strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients and partners. Fluency in English ensures clear and professional interactions across diverse teams and international environments.Additionally, the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic setting demonstrates adaptability, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to delivering effective mobility solutions.Add to this:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. – alternatively relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience with international assignments and cross border within a global or multinational organization
• Solid proficiency in Workday HCM and knowledge of HRIS systems and reporting tools
