Mō te tūranga | About the RoleAs a Mobile Mortgage Manager, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional home lending experiences to customers across South Auckland. With a focus on building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities, you’ll provide expert advice and tailored solutions to help New Zealanders achieve their home ownership goals.In this acquisition-focused role, you’ll be a self-motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for networking, business development, and customer satisfaction. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your strong communication and negotiation skills to drive new business growth and establish a strong personal brand in the local market.To learn more about our MMM role please visit our website:Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?CAL 2 with a minimum of 3 year’s home lending experience and a strong understanding of credit risk is an absolute pre-requisite for this role. In addition, we are looking for someone who displays the following key attributes:

  • Expert knowledge of residential lending and associated products, as well as a familiarity with complex deals involving multiple parties and trusts.
  • Have, or be working towards NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) Residential Property Lending.
  • Strong existing networks, demonstrating the ability to identify and drive new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional knowledge of the local markets, and understanding of the home buying process
  • A lifestyle that allows you to work around our customers’ busy schedules and meet them when and where it is convenient for them.
  • Create a customer experience that is world class by being empathetic, trusted, and knowledgeable.
  • Be a confident presenter, comfortable speaking in a seminar environment to a wide audience of people.
