Work Hours: Full Time HoursKa aha tō rā e kite ai? – What will your day look likeIn this role, you would have the opportunity to:

  • Be a brand ambassador for ANZ by presenting at seminars and workshops
  • Identify and meet customer’s long term and short term needs through the provision of ANZ’s range of home loan products
  • Provide a QFE advice proposition to customers needing Home Lending advice
  • Demonstrate living the ANZ Values with customers and colleagues
  • Guide and assist customers through each step of the Home Buys journey, delivering exceptional service resulting in customer advocacy
  • Foster collaborate internal relationships across Personal, Business and Private Banking to ensure delivery of seamless customer experience
  • Generate new business for ANZ by creating and managing a productive network of external influences
  • Proactively manage business development activity, risk frameworks and legislative requirements

Ōu Pūkenga? – What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Superior home lending and risk management skills
  • Proven experience in Business Banking
  • Prior experience in developing strong relationships in a customer focused role
  • High level of knowledge on home buying process and industry
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • A positive attitude with a growth mind-set
  • Expertise in developing new business and effective relationship management
  • National Certificate in Financial Services (Financial Advice) (Level 5) or equivalent preferred but not essential
