Job description: TASQ is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of MIS Specialist. A pre-screening interview will be conducted via phone.**Job Details:**Process Specialist – MIS (Clark) | Onsite**Benefits:**– HMO coverage for the employee and two dependents starting on Day 1– Quarterly performance bonuses– Excellent career development opportunities– 15% night differential– 24 days of leave annually**Requirements:**– Minimum of 3 years’ experience in RTA/WFM– Front-end RTA experience is essential; back-end WFM experience is advantageous– BPO work experience is required– Proficiency in reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, VBA, Macros, and Excel– College graduate**Responsibilities:**– Ensure optimal staffing for business partners by developing forecast and staffing models, providing analytical support for business initiatives, market conditions, and making recommendations to aid decision-making– Oversee resource planning for one or more divisional units; act as a trusted advisor by anticipating potential issues and opportunities– Build strong working relationships with business partners; communicate trends or concerns proactively and support recommendations with data– Collaborate with business partners to identify upcoming initiatives or changes that could impact volume or staffing; assess how changes in business drivers will affect staffing requirements– Generate volume forecasts for inbound contact center or processing departments; maintain and update forecasting models using standard and advanced statistical techniques– Continuously monitor staffing drivers such as volume, handle time, shrinkage, and occupancy versus plan; raise awareness within the business and recommend necessary actions
