Job description: Responsibilities:Oversee the operations of IT Department and supervise IT staffEnsure smooth delivery of IT services across the Group by monitoring systems performance and providing operation supportPerform regular checks on network and data securityConduct IT infrastructure and system audits and recommend relevant strategies, policies and proceduresOversee and determine timeframes for IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outagesManage the end-to-end development process for any new systems/applications or changes to existing systemsPerform application development which includes gathering user requirements, software development, user support and conduct trainingDevelop and implement IT policy and best practice guidesPlan, manage and report on the IT department’s annual budgetProvide regular reports and updates to the management teamRequirements:Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplineAt least 8 years relevant working experienceSubstantial experience in IT management for at least 5 years, ideally overseeing IT environments in mid to large size companiesProven experience in supporting of regional MIS systems and application deploymentExperience in programming languages, including MS SQL, JavaScript, HTML / CSS, and other Web related technologies.Strong knowledge and practical experience in implementing and/or managing Microsoft M365 applications, including MS Exchange, Outlook, Teams, AD domain and other relevant toolsExpertise in virtualization technologies like VMware / Hyper-V and a solid understanding of both on-premises and cloud backup, recovery, and business continuity planning.Strong communication skill and able to speak MandarinPreferably certified in CCNA, CCSA, CCSE and MCSEExperience in any of the following is an advantage:MS ExchangeNavision and other finance systemVtiger and other CRM systemJira or similar project managementCandidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant MIS OfficerBenefits:Birthday LeaveNotebook SubsidyEducation SubsidyExamination Time-offGraduation Time-offAs a caring company, staff development is one of our top priorities.
