In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of office network infrastructure and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions that meet business requirements.Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain office network infrastructure and systems, including servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs, and asset inventory list(both software and hardware)
• Monitor and maintain the performance and security of the office network, including responding to incidents and resolving issues
• Develop and maintain documentation related to network infrastructure, policies, and procedures
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and implement technology solutions that meet those requirements
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to office network infrastructure and systems
• Identify opportunities to improve network infrastructure and system performance, and implement solutions to address those opportunities
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to network infrastructure and systems
• To coordinate and align with headquarter on the IT policies enforcement
• To support and replace EOS, EOL, or non-functioning devices

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining office network infrastructure and systems
• In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure technologies, including LAN, WAN, and VPN
• Familiarity with network security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and anti-virus software
• Ability to patch popular OS used by team members, such as Microsoft Windows, MacOS, Linux and etc
• Ability to patch popular browser software used by team members, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozzila Firefox, Safari, Opera and etc
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality network infrastructure and systems

Bonus Skills:

• Certification in network infrastructure, such as CCNA or CCNP
• Knowledge of network monitoring and management tools, such as Nagios or SolarWinds
• Experience in a similar role, designing and implementing network infrastructure and systems for an office environment
