The MIS and Reporting Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely reporting across business units. The position involves managing dashboards, validating macro-based reports, and supporting audits through data accuracy, reconciliation, and regulatory review.Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate MI reports and dashboards using MS Excel and other MS Office tools
• Review and optimize Excel macros used in reporting frameworks
• Ensure compliance with internal audit guidelines and BBG-related standards
• Analyze operational and financial data to generate actionable insights
• Support audit preparedness by validating data quality, completeness, and regulatory adherence
• Prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines across reporting cycles
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements in reporting controls and automation
• Communicate findings and issues effectively to business and compliance stakeholders

Governance & Standards

• Maintain clear documentation of all reports and macros for audit readiness
• Ensure all reporting outputs meet internal and external regulatory requirements
• Apply quality control checks across all reporting deliverables

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Finance, or Banking
• 3-5 years of experience in banking or IT organizations, with at least 2 years in an MI or audit-focused role
• Strong MS Office skills, especially advanced Excel with macro/VBA validation
• Understanding of BBG or equivalent regulatory frameworks
• Strong attention to detail and control-focused analytical mindset
• Ability to assess due diligence documentation for compliance standards
• Proven ability to manage workload under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Clear communication and sound judgment in assessing reporting quality
