As a MIS and Data Analytics Specialist, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that empower business performance across the insurance domain. The role demands advanced data management skills, proficiency in business intelligence tools, and the ability to communicate technical insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain MIS reports, data models, and interactive dashboards using BI tools
• Analyze large and complex data sets to identify key trends and inform strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver tailored reports
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of organizational data assets
• Train business users on reporting tools and dashboard usage
• Keep pace with industry advancements in data analytics and visualization technologies

Reporting & MIS

• Develop and manage recurring performance dashboards
• Provide ad hoc and scheduled data reports to business and executive teams
• Ensure quality control and version management of all reporting outputs

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
• Proven track record in MIS reporting and data analytics
• Familiarity with the insurance industry preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar BI tools
• Proficiency in SQL and Oracle PLSQL
• Strong analytical mindset with great attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work across departments
• Project management experience is a plus
