Reporting Staff: Parlor Supervisors
Salary: 300 OMR Negotiable + Free Food, Accommodation, Medical, Yearly ticket and other benefits as per companyResponsibilities:

• Day to day Maintenance of all milking equipment, milk chillers & CIP equipment
• Maintain agreed key milk quality targets & report any issues that could compromise milk quality
• Strive to improve technical & parlor operational efficacy & report issues in a timely manner
• Ensure the agreed milking parlor maintenance routine is carried on as scheduled & documented
• Accurate collection & recording of data related to the milk parlor maintenance, spear part inventory & use
• Diagnosis & resolution of equipment problems / breakdowns to ensure the milking routine is not disrupted
• Work with the milking team to Ensure best practices in animal welfare milk quality are consistently achieved
• Make sure parlor CIP chemicals are handled, used & stored in accordance with label recommendations
• Ensure a hygienic, calmed, organized & safe working environment for all parlor staff & cows
• Provide instruction & feedback to parlor staff to ensure a high level of milk quality & operational efficiency
• Optimize the use of company resources in a sustainable & ethical manner
• Provide leadership & on the job training to maintenance & milking parlor staff, identify training needs
• Assist external equipment suppliers with installation works as required
• Submit purchase requisitions for all milking parlor consumables in a timely manner

Essential Requirements:

• Good motivational & leadership skills
• Effective planning & delegation skills
• Strong communication skills with a confident & presentable personality

Education & Experience:

• A minimum of 10 years of large dairy herd parlor experience or completion of internal At-Tahur training & 2 years hands on experience in all aspects of the above job description

Expected salary: 300 per month
