Job description: We’re partnering with a prominent law firm in Tysons Corner, VA that’s seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Corporate Transactions Attorney with 4–6 years of experience. If you’re looking to build your career working on sophisticated M&A, private equity, and general corporate matters—this is the opportunity for you.🔍 Position SummaryJoin a collaborative team where you’ll lead complex corporate transactions, advise high-growth clients, and manage deals from term sheet to closing. This role is ideal for a deal-oriented attorney who enjoys fast-paced work and meaningful client interaction.🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&A transactions from due diligence through closing
• Advise on corporate governance, entity formation, and compliance
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts including NDAs, vendor/customer agreements, and MSAs
• Assist with private company financings, including venture capital and private equity
• Support day-to-day business operations and provide general corporate counsel
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, clients, and professionals across departments

✅ Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Member in good standing of the Virginia Bar
• 4–6 years of corporate transactional experience in a law firm or in-house setting
• Strong experience with contract drafting, M&A, and private financings
• Excellent writing, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a deadline-driven environment
• Proactive, team-oriented, and client-service focused
