• Respond to customer support queries on D365 Finance & Operations, logged via our ticketing tool and by telephone.
• Take ownership of support issues and managing them through to closure.
• Research issues, implement fixes & document case resolution
• Participate in the management of the ERP system life cycle, driving requirements gathering, functional design document, configuration, testing and training.

• At least 3 years of working experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
• Knowledge in Finance modules is a plus
• Knowledge in Retail and Commerce module is a plus
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Strong business and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
