We advise more than 10,000 private clients in relation to wealth management.A key component within Unio, the Wealth Management division oversees all client engagement including delivery of a unique outcome-based proposition to existing and prospective clients. This is delivered through the wealth management advisory team and supported by the client service function. The Wealth Management team develop insightful thought leadership content and will lead and refine the capability of the wealth management advisory team.In addition, this Division will develop a deep understanding of what drives client values, opportunities for growth, emerging disruptions, and value-based pricing and proposition activities.Role:We are looking to recruit an experienced MI & Data Insight Analyst. You will help to maintain and develop our management information approach. You will have impact across the entire organisation, helping managers understand and get value from their data, as well as producing reporting for senior leaders and the board.Key Responsibilities:Provide expertise and translate the business needs to design; and develop tools, techniques, and metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualisationBuild and operationalise processes that ensure timely data-loading and maintain accuracy and relevance of data used across the businessUtilize MS SQL, data warehousing programs, Power BI and other dashboard/visualisation toolsets to create automated and ad-hoc reports for use by the organization including productivity reports, marketing performance reports, operational overviews and regulatory reporting.Use analytical skills to import large data sets, conduct any cleaning required to the data, run analyses, produce tables and display results using charts and graphs.Interrogate the database by working with queries, subqueries and views to extract required data for reporting or visualisations.Convert data into actionable insights and make data driven recommendationsWork with the management team to contribute to the development and implementation of department strategiesAct as a point of contact with business users on their reporting requirements. This involves understanding their business requirements andenhancing their knowledge and expertise in the use of self-serve tools where appropriate.Skills And Qualifications:1-2 years experience in a similar roleA degree with a statistical component or the equivalent relevant professional experienceExperience of turning raw data into insightful management informationExperience of developing management information tools or corporate performance frameworksThe ability to design management information reports using business intelligence toolsThe ability to work autonomously and work on own initiativeExcellent analytical skillsGood communication skills, and the ability to interact with and communicate complex issues to internal colleagues.Attention to detail and accuracyPersonal Qualities:Ability to work independently and as part of a teamDemonstrate a high degree of energy, enthusiasm, and flexibilityNumeracy and excellent organisation skills are essential for this positionSuccessful candidates are likely to be confident multi-taskers with a good work ethic and a keen focus on attention to detail and qualityApplication Process:If you think you are a good fit for this role, then we invite you to apply.The Company reserves the right to draw up a shortlist as part of the selection process.
