To be successful, in the true sense of Agile and Product management the TPM must be empowered to influence and challenge stakeholders as necessary to mitigate biases and ensure the most appropriate, efficient, and optimal solution is delivered to solve the business and end users’ challenges.Responsibilities include developing technology product roadmaps and prioritizing backlogs, deeply understanding the business goals challenges including end user needs. They apply deep product domain knowledge, partners closely with the business, senior technical product management team, technical and delivery teams as needed to ensure value delivery.This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Technical Product Management.In this role, you will:

• The Technical Product Manager owns end-to-end technology product delivery, leads, and inspires the working team for all the Integrations inbound and outbound for Cloud ERP.
• Technical expert for the solution area around Oracle Cloud ERP specifically in Order to Cash (e.g. Accounts receivables, Banking) and Record to Report (e.g. General Ledger, Cash Management, Financial planning, tax) modules of Cloud ERP, including but not limited to ERP cloud, OCI, EPM suite and ensures end-to-end solution integrity.
• Apply deep product domain knowledge, partners closely with the business, senior technical product management team, technical and delivery teams as needed to ensure value delivery.
• Lead and manage mid/large Teams consisting of Sr. Technical Analysts, Business Analysts, developers, and Product QA Teams.
• Work with Solution Architects for maintaining, developing, and enhancing the product.
• Driving market requirements, designing solutions, and assessing technical issues and working on resolutions with Team.
• Lead discussions with Stakeholders on Product management for Incidents, requests, development, enhancement, and testing.
• Reviewing Product documentation and ensure all documentation is up to date.
• Review and validate User acceptance criteria and follow Jira life cycle ensuring SLAs / OKRs are monitored and met.
• Ensure McDonalds processes with respect to Incident Management / Request Management, Problem Management, Release Management are followed.
• Ensures data protection guidelines are followed for sensitive personal data in accordance with McDonalds Data Governance standards and ensure execution and proper documentation as per Audit requirements / IT General controls.
• Work with System Integrators, internal & external audit teams to define & implement application Security & audit compliance.
• Manages or supports a technology product, and / or suite of products with business impact.
• Works with business partners to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Partners with business leaders, delivery teams, and / or architects to determine the long-term viability of systems/products, from business and technology standpoints.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to influence, gather requirements and prioritize feature development.
• Translate customer needs and market demands into clear, actionable technical product requirements.
• Works as part of a team of technical product managers expected to broadly influence a large portion of the organization or with a charter to innovate/disrupt a strategically important domain.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, quality assurance, and operations.
• Ensure alignment on product priorities, timelines, and deliverables across teams.
• Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch. Work with engineering teams to define product specifications, oversee development sprints, conduct product reviews, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.
• Escalates risks and/or issues that might be impacting the team. Proactively identify gaps and opportunities (e.g., services, workflows, tooling) within or between markets and other parts of the organization.
• Ensure that the product design meets usability standards and aligns with the overall product vision and brand identity.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
• Decomposes complex problems into straight-forward solutions. Consistently brings user feedback, strong, data-driven business, and technical judgment to decisions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track product usage patterns, and iterate on features to optimize user engagement and satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and team members.
• Use feedback to iterate on the product roadmap, prioritize enhancements, and drive product innovation over time.
• Invests time to continuously improve your product management capabilities and close skill gaps.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of technical product management or relevant experience with a Bachelors degree or 6+ years relevant experience with a Masters degree.
• An experienced professional with a full understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules.
• Knowledge of Cloud information architecture patterns, software development processes, and data processing methodologies.
• Knowledge of Finance business processes and a clear understanding of best practices.
• Experience in managing functional and technical teams.
• Expertise in DevOps, Security and Systems Performance desirable.
• Knowledge of Finance business processes and a clear understanding of finance best practices.
• Basic understanding of Oracle Applications FBDI templates to load data into Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Understanding of Oracle cloud platforms and experience with cloud-native architecture.
• Understanding of SQL, XML, PLSQL, OTBI / BIP / FRS reports, BPM workflows, Integration and Personalization, integrations / API calls using OIC.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Foundational expertise in security: security standards, SSO, SAML, OAUTH, etc.
• Understanding of Cloud architecture and ERP cloud security.
• Hands-on experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud Finance modules Payables, Receivables, General ledger, Cash Management, Assets, Projects etc.
• Demonstrated ability to manage technical products, driving clarity, understanding, and discussing technical concepts, managing tradeoffs, and evaluating potential concepts with internal and external partners.
• Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop project business cases, and measure success.
