Job description: Job Descriptions: Revenue Strategy Development * Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive membership revenue growth. * Identify new revenue streams and optimize existing channels for sustainable growth. Merchandising & Sales * Oversee selection, procurement, and sales of merchandise offered to members. * Collaborate with internal teams to integrate merchandising seamlessly within the membership platform. * Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies based on market trends and member behaviour. Partnership & Brand Collaboration * Identify and secure strategic partnerships with leading brands to enhance the membership program. * Negotiate agreements that ensure mutual benefits and strong brand alignment. * Develop co-branded initiatives, promotions, and events with partners. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless execution of revenue initiatives. * Utilise member feedback and analytics to refine and enhance the membership value proposition. Market Analysis & Reporting Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends. * Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management. Project Management * Lead initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of key performance metrics. * Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Job Requirements: Education * Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * MBA or equivalent experience is a plus. Experience * 5+ years of experience in business development, merchandising, or revenue strategy. * Proven track record of driving revenue growth in membership or subscription-based environments. * Experience in negotiating and managing strategic brand partnerships. Skills * Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to think creatively and execute innovative revenue strategies.
