Job description: Job Title: Delivery DriverDepartment: Store Support Center Operations/MaintenanceReports To: Director of Food ServicesFLSA Status: Non-ExemptShift: 2nd ShiftPOSITION SUMMARYTimely and accurately delivers products to various convenience store locations in West Central Wisconsin using the company-provided vehicle.CORE FUNCTIONS OF POSITION

• Provides excellent service to customers and team members.
• Delivers bakery and other items to the company’s convenience stores
• Follows route and time schedules
• Loads, unloads, prepares, inspect and operate delivery vehicle
• Asks for feedback on provided services and resolves complaints
• Completes required logs and reports
• Follows DOT regulations and safety standards
• Follows all company policies and procedures
• Performs all other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Good oral and written communication.
• Complete understanding of all safety requirements and company safety policies.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a driving background check
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize workload and deliveries
• Understand and follow food code and health department regulations
• Commitment to excellence in customer service and other Mega values.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• No education required
• Previous delivery driving experience preferred but not required
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
