ResponsibilitiesThe Medication Reconciliation Pharmacy Technician is responsible for accurately performing medication histories upon admission, med history entry into electronic data base, and all basic pharmacy technician functions in a timely manner.
QualificationsEducation:– High School Diploma/GEDLicensure/Certification/Registration:– Valid State Registered Pharmacy Technician license (in good standing)– National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CFHT) within 12 months of hire– Medication History Certificate (PTCB) within 12 months of hireSpecial Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required:– Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
