Job description: Seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our Medicines Governance team to keep us on track and complement our existing team.Do you have a passion for organising and keeping things on track? - Coordination and planning of Medical Governance Team meetings and resolving conflicting commitments.
- Diary management, arranging meetings and appointments via the calendar system with the Medicines Governance team and all Trust areas as required.
- Deal with and draft responses as necessary to incoming correspondence.
- General clerical work including printing, collating, scanning and shredding documents.
- Develop and maintain databases.
- Assist with drafting bulletins and written communications.
- To act as a central point of communication for all staff requiring information from the Medicines Governance Team.
- Establish and maintain efficient tracking and filing systems.
- Provide a high level of support to meetings, including compiling agendas, taking and preparing of accurate and comprehensive minutes and action logs.
- Monitor and update medicines related policies, procedures, and documents on a frequent basis.
- Liaise with procurement to obtain data on expenditure relating to medicines and assist in the publication of cost improvements.
