Learn more at .Position SummaryThe Marketing Operations Associate will work closely with cross functional partners in the development and implementation of Product and Customer Strategies, New Product Launches, Planning, Sales, Event Management and Operations. The ideal candidate will be a results and performance driven individual, who has the ability to demonstrate these qualities through characteristics such as being innovative, collaborative, insightful, inquisitive and adaptable.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong business partnerships with cross-functional areas including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Deliver to support the execution of business strategies (navigate the matrix).
  • Partner with the Marketing team to develop Account and Product strategies that will be incorporated into the business planning process and our day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create lifecycle management strategies and lead implementation across cross functional partners.
  • Actively participate in the development and execution of strategies and tactics for new product launches and the discontinuation of products at end of life.
  • Lead Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Deliver teams to process and prioritize requests for new Implant and/or Instrument set builds.
  • Coordinate the updating of the Funnel of Life through strong partnerships with Sales and Marketing and ensure alignment with Supply Planning.
  • Lead deployment excellence of sets through cross functional collaboration.
  • Maintain an asset pool that minimizes delivery times to customer, improves utilization and drives operational efficiency.
  • Generate insights on set deployments and provide actionable guidance back to the Marketing Teams.
  • Proactively review and make recommendations to optimize implant/instrument set deployments in collaboration with the Marketing & Asset Management Teams.
  • Lead the monthly review of the Capital Spend Report and generate balance to go action plans, improving investment aligning with capital and inventory targets.
  • Be the Operations Lead in Supply Chain’s S&OP process (demand forecast, SLOB, capital and inventory efficiencies, etc.) highlighting the impact of operational items on the horizon to ensure visibility and cross functional linkages.
  • Lead the coordination of items and logistics related to Trade Shows, Education Events, Dinner Meetings, Labs, etc. in partnership with Marketing and Sales.
  • Support internal & external ad hoc projects, processes, and requests as required and pro-actively identify, plan and implement process improvement projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a university degree or college diploma is required.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Marketing, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Health Care or related field is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to address and resolve challenges, delivering optimal outcomes for patients and customers is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, generate consensus and to build trusted partnerships across internal and external partners is required.
  • Proven results in planning, prioritizing and leading projects with an ability to influence without authority cross functionally is required.
  • Strong financial acumen to shape Product & Capital Forecasts, drive Cost Reduction initiatives, develop return on investment analytics, understand impacts to our financials and optimize investment spending while maintaining compliance to our budgets is preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and lead initiatives that improve customer experiences and/or improve business outcomes is required.
  • Experience in managing change, navigating effective conversations and implementing action plans across the organization is required.
