Our ultimate goal is to work together to ensure that every child and young person in Tasmania is known, safe, well and learning.The child is at the centre of everything we do and the way we do it.DutiesWithin this context the Marketing Officer – Education International will support sustainable growth of international student enrolments in Tasmanian government schools and promoting Tasmania’s brand awareness overseas. The incumbent will do this through undertaking activities which support the Marketing and Business Development Manager in the development and implementation of EI’s international education marketing objectives.Period of AppointmentOngoing – ASAP Start DateApplicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1.Hours per fortnight73.5 hours per fortnightEssential Requirements

  • Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment)
  • Driver’s Licence

Desirable Requirements

  • Qualification and/or experience in sales and marketing.
  • Ability to speak an additional language other than English, in particular Korean, Vietnamese, Portuguese, and Japanese.
