Job description: Job Description:Reporting to the Growth Marketing Senior Manager, the Marketing Data Analyst’s core mission is to monitor and report on the performance of Marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights, and bridging analytics and marketing by speaking both languages. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):What will you do?
- Build reporting template to consign all applicable marketing campaign metrics to track performance over the duration of the campaign, also including industry and company’s averages benchmark.
- Create data driven insights about the impact of our performance marketing campaigns.
- Mold data from multiple sources to answer key strategic marketing questions.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting aggregating all marketing activities, feeding the country view of achievements, priorities, risks and spend to showcase the impact of MarCom on Country wins.
- Build in-house marketing intelligence and act as the country POC for Global Marketing reporting requests.
- Collaborate with the Channel & Segment marketing team to support campaign decisions and better understand our customers and partners behaviors.
- Act as a thought partner in defining the company’s marketing key performance indicators and tracking progress against target metrics.
- Partner with marketing tech to influence and prototype backend data design, build intuitive and readable dashboards using visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and extract actionable insights.
- Speak Marketing and Analytics, and turning both languages into actionable insights to accelerate reach, engagement and impact.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and segment audiences.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to improve marketing performance.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or Economics.
- 2-3 years’ experience with marketing analytics tools and techniques, including web analytics, social media analytics, marketing automation, and CRM tools.
- Proven ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau
